Refund Policy

Our Commitment: We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to make it right — including revisions, replacements, or refunds where applicable.

1. Service Refunds

Before work begins (100% refund): If you cancel your order before our team has commenced work, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid, less a 5% processing fee.

During production (partial refund): If work has begun but is not yet complete, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide a written breakdown of work completed and the corresponding refund amount.

After delivery (revision policy): Once a final deliverable has been delivered and approved, refunds are generally not available. Instead, we offer revision rounds as specified in your service agreement.

2. Revision Policy

All service packages include a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Revision requests should be consolidated and clearly documented.

  • Starter Package: 1 round of revisions
  • Professional Package: 2 rounds of revisions
  • Premium Package: 3 rounds of revisions
  • Elite Package: Unlimited revisions within the project scope

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered:

  • ISBN registration and distribution setup fees
  • Copyright registration fees
  • Third-party paid advertising spends (Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads)
  • Radio interview booking fees
  • Book fair participation deposits

4. Digital Product Purchases

E-books and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as digital files cannot be "returned." If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact support within 48 hours of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@prestigepublishing.com with your order number and reason
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension. We will provide all necessary documentation to dispute fraudulent chargeback claims.
