We offer refunds on work not yet started. Once work begins, we offer partial refunds based on work completed. Full details are in our Refund Policy. We prioritize resolution through additional revisions before any refund is necessary.

An ISBN (International Standard Book Number) uniquely identifies your book for retailers and libraries. We assign ISBNs to all published books. We can also purchase a custom ISBN in your name or your publishing imprint name.

Absolutely. Many of our clients publish under their own publishing company name rather than ours. We can set this up as part of your publishing package at no additional charge.
